To Download Books 1 and 2 of the FFL Kit

Due to the tremendous amount of information included in the FFL Kit, it is broken down into a smaller Book 1 and a larger Book 2 for ease in downloading. Instructions and passwords for downloading will be supplied to you upon completion of your order.

Download Support Issues

The FFL Kit is delivered in two files, both of which are in Adobe Acrobat format, which it is the most widely-accepted and universally usable format for electronic publishing. If you want to know more about why we publish in Adobe Acrobat, click here.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your e-Book. Many computers now come with Adobe Acrobat Reader pre-loaded, but if you do not have it, you can download it for free at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Read below for more answers to your support questions related to downloading or viewing your e-Book. If none of the answers below addresses your issue, please email us at support@fmpllc.com.

Q: Where Do I Go To Download My Book?
A: You should receive an order confirmation in your email box within seconds or minutes after you complete your order. There is also a link available immediately upon completion of your order.

Please note that the files are very large, and, if you are on a dial up connection, they may take several minutes to download. Book 2, in particular, is extremely large.

Q: How Do I View My Book?
A: If the file appears to have loaded, and you are not seeing it on the screen, you may not have Acrobat Reader loaded on your computer. Please click the button in the following question to download it.

If you are not sure if the file was completely downloaded, you should return to the page with the download link and right click it to save the file first (see the above question for more on saving your e-Book). After it is completely saved, you can open it offline by finding it with your browser. This way you can break down the steps in downloading and viewing to identify where the problem is occurring.

Once you've downloaded and installed the Acrobat Reader, you will be able to view PDF files simply by clicking on the link to the PDF file in your browser. Either the browser will handle the PDF file, or it will bring up another program for viewing the PDF file. Either way, a special window will appear that contains buttons that work only for PDF files. Use these buttons to navigate through the file. If you're having trouble, visit the Adobe Acrobat Reader help site for more information.
